Do you have sediment in your water?  Are you concerned about chlorine in your water forming THM's (Trihalomethanes) or have concerns about other chemicals and pollutants?  These problems are easily solved with this simple and effective solution. This system will also protect your appliances, fixtures and pipelines.

This POE (Point Of Entry) Dual Stage Whole House Filtration System utilizes two (2) adjoining 20" Big Blue Housings with a high capacity 5 Micron Poly Spun Sedimentary (SED) filter as the first stage and a high capacity 5 Micron Coconut Carbon Block (CCB) filter as its second stage.  This multi stage combination offers versatility and efficiency removing a wide range of contaminants and pollutants now consistently found in common water sources.

Aquasafe's advanced dual stage whole house system comes fully assembled as seen in the pictures above and below. This system is typically placed on the water main entering the home and has the general capacity to filter 50,000 gallons of water before requiring a filter change. This system comes standard with a red pressure relief valve (seen on top of the white metal mounting bracket).  This convenient feature allows the user to easily nuetralize the pressure within the system when conducting filter changes. 

The system also comes with Dual Liquid Filled PSI Meters (0-240 PSI) which allows for easy monitoring of pressure drop across the filters to determine accurate filter change schedule.

The system also comes with a powder coated steel mounting bracket and a canister wrench.

The 20" Big Blue Housings are extremely durable, constructed with High Grade polypropylene (BPA FREE), and are fully capable of withstanding a wide array of pollutants, chemicals and large fluctuations in water pressure. The housings of this system are industry standard, designed to accommodate standard 20" length x 4.5" diameter filters. The high-flow polypropylene (HFPP) housing caps hold the inlet and outlet ports which are 1" FPT (female pipe thread).  Internal 1.25" ports maximize flow rates within the system minimizing any potential pressure loss.

Please Note:  As The Aquasafe dual stage Big Blue Whole House Water Filter is normally placed on the main water line entering the home, we recommend having a licensed plumber handle the installation for you.
